Five people who tried to rob the National Commercial Bank were arrested

Kathmandu, August 25. The Nepali Army has arrested five people who tried to rob the National Commercial Bank.
The Directorate of Public Relations and Information has informed that five people who robbed a bank in Baneshwar have been arrested by the army.
The army has been deployed across the country since 10 pm. Meanwhile, the Nepali Army's military base has issued two hotline numbers saying that criminal activities may increase.
Army said that they can be contacted on 01-5979223 and 01-5979224.
The Nepali Army has issued a warning to stop the chaotic activities in various parts of the country.
The army has said that it will be deployed for peace and security of the people.
Army teams have been mobilized to maintain peace and security.
The army had given information through Hijae notification that it will be deployed from 10 pm to maintain peace, security and protect the Nepalese people.
"If such activities are not stopped, we would like to inform you that all the security agencies including the Nepali Army will remain steadfast in their main responsibility to control the situation for the safety of Nepal and Nepali people from 10 pm," the statement said.
